Chapman Law Firm was founded by Attorney Lolethia Annise Toney Chapman, a seasoned professional with over twenty (20) years of experience as a Business Consultant and Real Estate Broker. Background in Industry
Lolethia Annise Toney Chapman obtained her law license in April 2024. Before obtaining her law license, she worked as a Real Estate Broker for eleven (11) years and a Business Consultant for twenty years. As a Real Estate Broker, she negotiated commercial real estate contracts for her clients and consulted with clients to assist with structuring the financing for the acquisition of the real estate. Lolethia worked closely with clients’ planning future acquisitions and sales. Obtaining her law license allows her to draft Purchase and Sales Agreements for clients, assist with the evaluations and review of all legal documents concerning the acquisition and sale of real estate, company assets and/or liabilities. Her hands-on experience as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Broker has given her an insight into some of the best practices in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and methods of structuring the purchase and sale of real estate, drafting contracts, and negotiations.

Mrs. Lolethia Annise Toney Chapman enjoys taking on challenges and thinking outside the box to solve problems on behalf of her clients. Implementing flexible and unique solutions to resolve complex problems is the key to her success. She values her clients and their ideas; it is her mission to partner with clients in constructing cost-effective and creative solutions together. Lolethia Toney Chapman is the Founder and Managing Attorney for Chapman Law Firm PC. Lolethia earned her B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1980, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Atlanta John Marshall Law School in 1992 and in 1998 she earned a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. Attorney Chapman became license in April 2024 to practice law in Washington, D.C. before starting the Chapman Law Firm. Lolethia served as the President and Managing Real Estate Broker for Stella Group Realty Inc for 11 years in located in College Park, GA. Currently, at Chapman Law Firm, she focuses on practicing business law, contract drafting, reviewing, negotiations, and real estate law. Lolethia regularly represents developers, general contractors, individuals, and business owners. Lolethia also enjoys crafting creative and cost-effective solutions for clients.
